RIGHTS. The proposal of suspending the operations of contracting new loans to people with disabilities, with interest supported by the state for the purchase of a car or a house, included in the project of budget adjustment, was removed from the document approved by the government.
According to the latest changes, adult persons with severe disabilities can benefit of credits whose interest is supported from the state budget for the purchase of a single car and for the adaptation of a house according to the needs of access, conditioned by the payment at the end of the credit rates. The executive decided, at the end of June, that the credit is limited to 10,000 euros, and the repayment period to be fixed at a maximum of five years, after it was found that under this law were purchased luxury cars, boats ot yachts.
