The executive modified last night the new Road Conduct Code, through an emergency Order.
According to the new law, the theoretical test for recovering the drivers’ license will be sustained by those whose document was confiscated because of serious offenses.
Also, drivers who wish for a punishment reduction will be able to come to the theoretical exam, and also, the failure of the test or skipping it will extent the punishment period with another 30 days after that , the driver will get his license back.
Another important modification refers to the easy accidents which will be resolved amiably by the involved drivers. They will not go to the police, only to the insuring companies.
