Russian state-owned energy giant RAO UES, led by oligarch  Anatoli Ciubais,  entered through a buffer company on the “smart boys” energy market in Romania.

With great discretion, the  Russian state send its brokers on the Romanian energy market.  Russia’s agents founded a small company with an offshore headquarters in Great Britain.   However, “Evenimentul zilei”  investigated  and discovered the real owners of the company that traces back to north Europe.
