Lack of interest for the 2000 jobs available in the European space for people in Iasi through the Eures program.
AJOFM had in June only 15 people willing to work abroad. A month ago, only 17 people were interested in working abroad.
The job offer is various, but the most wanted jobs remain those of waiters, room service. Most job offers come from Cyprus, 793, who are looking for engineers, technicians, chefs, non-qualified in constructions, medical assistance.
The applying procedure is relatively simple. Those who wish must complete the Europass CV, preferably in English; the CV’s are then sent to the Eures agencies in the respective countries which hand them over to the employers. After they are analyzed, the companies contact the solicitors, so none at Eures knows the number of those already employed.
