The president Traian Basescu, did not manage to buy an encyclopedia worth 600 lei at Bookfest yesterday, not because the stock was out, but because he did not have enough money.
Because he did not want to give up the book in front of the cameras, the president asked for it to be sent at Cotroceni, and he promised to pay afterwards.
