Disscusions. The Government and Voestalpine representatives will sign, in the first decade of the month October, a memorandum of understanding, and the Austrian group will decide in December how the country will build the plant of steel production, according to sources participating to the discussions yesterday between Prime Minister Calin Popescu - Tariceanu and the representatives of the company.
Voestalpine intends to build a steel factory in eastern Europe, investment estimated at five billion.
