Expansion. The Mediafax agency was launched, since yesterday, in the Czech Republic, the company from the Media Pro group, owned by Adrian Sarbu, functioning after the Romanian "recipe"."
We are sharing with our Czech colleagues the experience achieved in Romania, where Mediafax is leader of the information supplier market since 1995. Our practices in suppling informations to mass media are applied in Prague also", says Cristian Dumitru, general manager of Mediafax.
General manager of the company from Prague is Mihai Predescu (45 years old), was chief-editor of the Pro TV news, general producer of the station and movie producer at Media Pro Pictures. Chief-editor is a Czech journalist, Martin Svehlak. The Mediafax newsroom from Prague has 120 reporters, editors, photojournalists and graphic experts and a correspondence network in 24 cities. The Mediafax investment in the Czech Republic raised up to 1.5 millions euro.
