The third edition of dwellings’ fair “Sphera” officially opened yesterday. The fair presents the offers of 30 companies and real estate developers in the Razoare area and it is open until April 15.
Process start at EUR 49.500 de euro ( a one-room flat on Vitan-Barzesti Road) and can go as high as EUR300,000 – a flat on Splaiul Independentei (near Unirii area). One-room apartments’ were among the best sold.
A two-room flat with its own heating source and various other modern facilities can go up to EUR79,000 VAT included and a three-room flat within the same conditions can go.
