Move of the day.
The transaction through which Enel took over Electrica Muntenia Sud (EMS) was finished yesterday, the Italian group reaching 64.4%, after a 425 millions euro raise in the capital. Proprietatea Fund also took part at the capital increase, and held its 12%. Electrica, former owner of EMS, remained with 23.6% from the shares, it is stated in an Enel communicate.
