Following the change, ECO Premium 95 gasoline will cost 3.89 lei per liter, and Premium sorts without lead and Top Premium without lead will be sold at prices of 3.86 lei, or 4.19 lei per liter. Petrom has reduced, more recently, the prices of petrol and diesel by 4 bani per litre. At the beginning of the year, the pump price of diesel has passed that of petrol, mainly due to increase excise duties on such fuel stocks and the record oil quotations registered on international markets.
