the terms of the transactions were negotiated at the highest levels early this week in Vienna. The Romanian part was represented by Petromservice’s president, Liviu Luca, and his financial counselor, Sorin Ovidiu Vintu.
The magnate is tied to Petromservice not only by his good friend but also through an offshore company in Cyprus , represented in Romania by an acquaintance of the Romanian media mogul.
