Alexandru Sassu's attributions, provisional president, were completed between the Parliament and the Official Monitor.
Temporary chief of TVR received supplementary competences besides the ones decided by the parliament. This was possible by adding 2 articles which do not appear in the decision voted by the Parliament, but appear in the Official Monitor.
The two added articles allow Sassu to execute the function of CA president.
Law specialists question the correctness of the procedures. Kozsokar Gabor, ex judge at the Constitutional Court said: if the parliament did not vote those articles, this could not have any effects. No text that was not voted can have any effect at all.
