Plans. The Azerbijan company SOCAR is iterested in the takover of Arpechim refinery, one of the two oil prcessing units owned by Petrom, and the chimical factory Oltchim Ramnicu-Valcea, owned by the state, and include it in a regional comlex, said the SOCAR representative for Romania, Hamza Karimov, quoted by Mediafax.
SOCAR bought last year the complex Petrchim.
