Negotiations. The Authority for State Assets Recovery (AVAS) extended by 15 days, until September 29, the offer for sale of the company Avioane Craiova, to complete negotiations with the Czech company Aero Vodochody.

The improved offer is by 16.32 million, made up of the offered price on the package of 80.97% of shares, 4.1 million euros, plus 8.3 million euro, investments for five years, the working capital of 3.3 million in the first six months of the transfer of ownership and investment environment of 30,000 euros in the first year. Avioane Craiova focuses mainly on the construction and repair of ships and aircraft.
