A 15 year old teenager, who was considered dead both by the authorities and her parents, after her boyfriend declared he killed her, was found by Police alive and unharmed one week after she disappeared. Alexandra Budi – “ a nice and steady girl” as she is described by her acquaintances was abducted by her boyfriend on April 22.
She left home telling her parents she would bring money and cigarettes to her grandparents and she never went back.
Two days after she was gone the parents filed a missing persons’ report. The main suspect was revealed as her boyfriend. At first he said that she didn’t get along with her parents and he tried to help her.
He said he asked her to live with him in another village, out of the County. He confessed to murdering her on the way to his village after arguing. However, police officers never gave up on the girl, as there was no body.
She was found by a police crew and at first she tried to conceal her identity saying she is ashamed of her parents. It turned out she had actually fled. The drama ended happily as the girl was returned home.
