Start. State bonds will be listed starting with Monday at Bucharest Stock Exchange (BVB), according to to Varujan Vosganian, the Minister of Finance.
"The Stock Exchange has a few technical elements to fix. The launch ceremony will be held Monday at the Bucharest Stock Exchange. If all things will be resolved, then the first bonds will be traded even from that moment", said Vosganian. The possibility of trading state bonds at the Stock is being discussed by seven years and, at a declaratory level, all parties have welcomed this approach. However, they have not been listed so far. Such financial instruments are very safe, although they are not very efficient. They could be a refuge for investors in difficult periods, such as the current ones.
