Selection. 13 companies have sent, until yesterday, expressions of interest for the administration of the Proprietatea Fund.
Among the applicants are divisions of large financial groups such as Goldman Sachs, Unicredit and Société Générale, said sources inside the Proprietatea Fund, quoted by Mediafax. According to them, after the closure of the list, on august 1, will begin discussions with business administration, and by October will be finalized the specifications on which the auction will take place. Daniela Lulache, general director of the Proprietatea Fund, announced in May that the manager will be selected in November 2008, and the Fund will be listed on stock exchanges in the first part of next year.
