Two companies led by the Ziua Director bought from RAPPS, without any auction, buildings at very low prices.
The two houses are in the zero area of Bucharest, neat Universitatii Square and a couple of hundred meters from the Victoria Way.
According to the data offered by RAPPS, the Ziua Ltd Company bought a part of a house on the Nicolae Balcescu blvd. the price for this part of the building close to the Intercontinentl Hotel was of 309.000 euros in 2004.
According to RAPPS, the surface bought by the Ziua Ltd Company is of 2.226 square meters and the afferent terrain is of 247 square meters.
A simple calculus tells us that the company ld by Sorin Rosca Stanescu paid for the space 139 euros per square meter, a very small price for a building on the most famous boulevard in the capital.
