EVZ: how does Romania look as a tourist destination for a foreigner? Markus Ehrensberger: the possibilities you have in Romania and which you can offer to the foreigners are not clearly presented. I mean, a foreigner is not presented with a concrete image of Romania as a relaxation destination.

The preparation of the labor force, developing of the human resources. People are not attracted to work in this domain. It’s a problem also met in the Central Europe. Most of the young do not consider tourism as a successful choice for a career.

What could be the brand for Romania? Dracula is certainly not enough. In creating a brand you must use the originality, authenticity and scenery. Romanians are hospital, they have this natural feature, but they have to make it visible internationally.
