The operators are not giving up on Corfu and Tenerife

Decision. Tourism operators are saying that there are big chances that the destinations that are not attractive in a certain period to catch up in full season.

"The fact that there are charter flights occupied just in proportion of 50-70% is not decisive, because the same percentage can be found for other destinations as well, in other periods! We are not scared by such a situation", says Adriana Goicea, director of the Prompt Service Travel agency. According to her, destinations like Corfu and Tenerife are slow starting and don't always run with a maximum occupation rate because, through their characteristics, the client sector is an little bit more slim. So, even though a drop in customers was felt in June, the agents are saying that there are big chances that, in full season, the nuber of customers to grow.
