A model of the future luxury quarter which Costica Costanda intends to build near the Floreasca Lake was presented yesterday at the municipal council so that the counselors could vote the plan. The model has two tower blocks 30 stories high, many villas with luxury apartments 500 sq meters each, a recreational complex and a few pools on the lake.
But the model was presented in vain yesterday, because at the meeting attended only 23 counselors out of 55. The liberals refused to come knowing that they would be asked to vote for the plan. Marian Vanghelie threatened his people with exclusion from the party if they will miss the meeting, and even some PLD democrats were mysteriously missing.
