Romanians Working Abroad Are Not Serious

When they reach a foreign country, Romanian have adaptability issues. Although they want higher paid jobs, some give up their positions because…they don’t like the food.

Gabriel Huides, general manager of  International Media Recruitment, a company specialized in headhunting for foreign jobs  said that this year there are a lot of  “untrained” Romanians who want to work abroad.

Huides said that most Romanias leave for a higher paid job but also to exceed their professional level and there are some who think that working abroad is a challenge.   Romanians think highly of them, most over appreciate their expertise and they say EUR1,000- 2000 salary  is too little for their expectations.

Most of them (80 %) cannot adapt to the conditions in the country where they work.

According to Huides, an employee resigned in Iraq because he did not like the food that was served(the same food served to US military).
