Four of the men that keep the „red button” which can trigger a nuclear war, will be present in Romania.
The NATO Summit that will take place in April will host some of the most powerful leaders in the world and the four nuclear powers: the Unitet States of America, France, Great Britain and Russia.
Thus, the Romanian Capital city will host, for at least two days, the legendary nuclear suit cases that allow a president to start a nuclear atack.
Never has the Romanian teritorry hosted, simultaneously, more that one owner of such a briefcase. The „nuclear suit case” is actually a combination of logistics and a decision chain that can lead to launching a nuclear atack.
This authority is strictly attributed to the President in the US and France. In Great Britain, the Prime Minister has this responsability and in Russia, the nuclear atack can also be started by the Minister of Defence and the chief of general staff.
