The wedding of a Romanian billionaire amazed the Italians

IPS Daniel officiated in Italy the wedding of Iulian Dascalu, a businessperson from Iasi. He was taken by plane, checked in at a luxurious hotel and driven around in a Mercedes.

The Romanian billionaire Iulian Dascalu fulfilled two excentric wishes: to have his after wedding party in Pistoia Toscana, paying the transport and accommodation for 100 people, and to have his wedding ceremony officiated by the metropolitan bishop of Moldavia and Bucovina.

According to the Capital magazine, Iulian Dascalu has a fortune estimated at 115-120 million dollars. He started doing business in 1992 by selling shoes, and he extended his business in other four big cities in the country. In 2000 he opened the first mall in Iasi, investment estimated at 6 million euros; the next one was in Timisoara, and this year he will open one in Cluj.
