Aurora and Gheorghe Andrusca held the journalists at bay using copies of privacy laws and punishment for trespassing, while they waited for President Traian Basescu.
The president’s privacy was protected during his visit in Suceana, northern Romania by his wife’s parents, through privacy Laws within the Penal Code.
While they waited for the President , Aurora and Gheorghe Andrusca posted banners on their yard and on their house with words depicting Article 192, that stipulates six years f prison for trespassing on a private property.
Under these conditions, journalists and neighbors of Andrusca family waited at the entrance on the property that is within Burdujeni district in Suceava city.

The chief of state asked the journalists ironically: “Don’t you have something to do at home?..”
