According to EVZ investigators PNL’s local electoral campaign in 2000 was organized by B&C Consulting, a company owned by Bogdan Buzaianu, the man behind Energy Holding and Corneliu Visoianu, great Mason Master in Romania’s Great Masonic Organization. The person who connected PNL with B&C Consulting was the party’s vice-president at that time and is currently Romania’s Prime Minister, Calin Popescu Tariceanu.
Buzaianu Visoianu were the two main strategists for the local electoral campaign in Prahova County which is oil mogul Dinu Patriciu’s “playground”.
Taricenu and Patriciu, his good friend, tried to impose the company for managing PNL’s electoral campaign nationwide but did not succeed.
