Decision. The investment bank Marill Lynch reached an agreement on the sale of the 20% participation it owns at the agency of economical informations Bloomberg, according to Reuters, quoting sources close to the situation.

According to the sources, for the Bloomberg shares, the investment and brokering bank will obtain 4.5 billions dollars. With the same money, Marill Lynch intends to cover the active losses of more billions of dollars caused by the crisis of the mortgaging credits.
