The number of members in managerial positions that are concerned by the large compesations given to their general managers raised from 21% in 2007 to 34% this year. Otherwise, 55% of the respondents consider that the managers benefits don't reflect the results of their companies. The poll also states that four of five members in managerial positions think that the share holders must have power of decision on the payment matter.

Poll. More and more members from executive management think that company bosses are payed too much, according to a poll realised at a global level by the recruiting firm Korn/Ferry International.
