Larger credits from Citi

Standards. Citi Romania has increased to 70% the degree of indebtedness for loans to customers individuals, after the National Bank of Romania (BNR) has endorsed the new rules for credits.

The new rule of the lending institution has entered into force on 12 august, and the maximum degree of indebtedness will be calculated on the basis of the applicant's income with character of permanence accepted by the bank, from which will be deducted the minimum subsistence expenses under the laws in force, according to a communicate from Citi. The maximum degree of indebtedness will be applied differential for each person in part, depending on the applicant bonity card. For a loan of personal needs without warranty, the applicant must be aged between 21 and 74 years, is said in the communicate.
