Recovery. The Community funds used fraudulently will be recovered by execution, based on the system applied in the recovery of budget debts, and the beneficiaries of EU-funded programs which do not meet the term for the assumed obligations will pay increases for the delay.
If the claims resulting from the budgetary irregularities can not be recovered by voluntary payment or deduction, the competent authorities in the management of funds will send the enforceable titles to the National Tax Administration for enforcement, according to an ordinance approved yesterday by the government.
