The official inauguration of  Kanal TV gathered the most important people in the Romanian lifestyle, media and cultural  landscape.

First one to reach the audience was Berti Barbera the  Numarul 13 band that held a recital and after the speech held by   Begum Faralyali Dogan, president of  Kanal D Romania, magician Jerome Murat underwent several acts that made him famous around the world.

The comedy section was represented by Mugur Mihaescu and  Radu Pietreanu from the  Vacanta Mare Act who will be part of the new TV station airtime schedule.

Among the guests there were former  soccer star Gheorghe Hagi, PLD leader Theodor Stolojan, foreign minister  Mihai-Razvan Ungureanu, Peter Imre, Marina Melescanu, Senate’s Chairman Bogdan Olteanu, and former deputy-premier  George Copos.
