Two off-shore companies owned indirectly by businessman Razvan Petrovici obtained control over Moara Vlasiei Complex near Bucharest and a real estate in downtown Bucharest from the Romanian State Protocol Authority or RAAPPS.
The value of the real estate bought by Petrovici is very high rising up to EUR339 million. The move was authorized by RAAPPS and the Government’s Secretariat General.
The Moara Vlasiei Complex. Is composed of 459 hectares of land , production and depositing areas and agricultural land situated in a real estate area extremely eyed by landowners : Snagov, the area where the recently defunct real estate project Dracula Park was supposed to be built.
The land price start from EUR50 pe square meter so the land value reaches EUR230 million without counting other assets(the buildings constructed).
