Aquisition. Düfa Duftec, a company owned by the investment fund Advent, will buy the entire package share of Bengoss Comimpex, an important dry mortar producer on the Romanian market. The transaction will rise up to 18.9 milions euro.

The sum will pe payed in two rates, one now and another in two years time. "The aquisition of Bengoss Comimpex is an essential step in the development of our company", said the düfa Deutek general manager, Bruno Negoiţă.
