Pensioners from all over the country are protesting tomorrow

The struggle for raising the pension point takes the pensioners out in the streets.

Tomorrow, the representatives of the Unirea Federation and those of the Romanian Pensioners Syndicate will demonstrate in front of the Government and prefecture headquarters all over the country. They had debates with PD deputies Lia Ardelean and Ioan Tundrea, talking about increasing the pensions to 45% of the medium salary – an initiative of the PC.

The president of the Unirea Federation Dumitru Cojanu has declared that a modification in the law of pensions is necessary by renouncing the comparing with the inflation which is dropping. Lia Ardelean said that “we are hoping that there is enough political will to adopt this project, especially because all the pensioners desire it”.
