Globe Trade real estates intents to invest 130 million euros in a buildings complex in the northern side of Bucharest.
The FeliCity quarter, in Baneasa area close to DN1 will have 1300 apartments. The project was done in such way that only 25% of the area will be occupied with buildings, the rest will be made of public spaces and green areas.
